Penny Masquerade not only aims to provide you with unique and beautifully crafted items of jewellery, but also aims to deliver excellent customer service to each and every individual. Here you will find information on Payment, Currency, Processing Times and Shipping, Refunds and Exchanges, and Custom Orders.

PAYMENT:
Penny Masquerade accepts payments made using the following cards:

* Visa / Delta / Electron
* MasterCard / Eurocard
* PayPal Top Up Card
* Maestro
* Solo
* American Express

Debit cards or bank cards with Visa or MasterCard logos are also accepted. All payments are processed by Paypal. But don't panic! You don't need a Paypal account to pay for your trinkets. Paypal is now able to process your payment without the need to sign up or register with them. Paypal processes your personal information and protects it by maintaining physical, electronic and procedural safeguards in compliance with applicable government regulations. They also use the most advanced computer safeguards such as firewalls and data encryption to ensure your personal information is secure.


CURRENCY:
There is no need for you to hold a balance in GBP to send a payment to Penny Masquerade. If you want to make a payment in a currency other than GBP, Paypal allows you to do so and automatically converts your payment at the point of sale.


PROCESSING TIME AND SHIPPING:
Orders typically ship within 24-48 hours and once shipped usually take 1-3 days for those in the UK and 4-10 working days to get to overseas destinations. During busy periods (such as Christmas) it may take slightly longer to process your order. Occasionally International orders can be delayed at customs, if you are an overseas buyer please allow 28 days from the date of your purchase.

We ship all domestic parcels via Royal Mail and all International parcels via regular Airmail. All domestic parcels are sent by 1st Class post. If you would like to opt in for Recorded Signed For delivery for 75p extra please click here

If you have any other special shipping requests - such as expediated shipping - please get in touch with us and we will try our best to comply with your wishes.

PLEASE NOTE: Occasionally custom charges are applied to non-EU International orders. This charge is not applied by us. It is usually a percentage of the cost of the item and is issued by overseas customs officials. In the event that a customs charge is issued, you will be informed by your postal service. It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to pay this fee. Please do not ask us to state that the item is worth less than it is on the Customs Declaration Form as this is illegal. Many thanks :)


REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES:
We hope you will be very pleased with your purchase/s but if for any reason you are not please contact us right away to arrange a refund/exchange.

We are willing to provide refunds or exchange items (excluding earrings for hygiene reasons) provided we receive the unworn item within 14 days of delivery for UK customers and 28 days for International buyers.

If you require an exchange and the item you want to return costs less than one you want to replace it with, an extra cost will be applied.

In the event of a return or exchange, we regret that the return P&P is at your expense. We recommend sending the parcel back to us via Recorded Delivery as otherwise we cannot issue refunds or exchanges if the parcel goes missing.

Any refunds will be issued within 3 working days of receiving the item/s to the card originally used to purchase the item/s.
